Processing / Production Time:
- All orders are Made-to-Order, and not shipped from already available stock. This allows for customization, ensures quality control, and reduces waste by avoiding overproduction.
- Production time is around 4-7 business days, depending on the product.
- Any customized or personalized items may take an additional 1-2 days for processing.
Estimated Shipping / Delivery Times:
In general, after production time, our Standard Shipping is around 7 to 15 business days. (in addition to 4-7 days Production time).
Shipping Methods:
- We only provide the lowest standard shipping option.
- Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method and destination.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination of the items in your order.
- You can view shipping rates/costs during the checkout process before confirming your order.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
