Thought there was an issue with shipping/delivery and that I never received it, but turns out the person who delivered the package just left it outside my apartment building somewhat hidden and I couldn't find it. Anyway, reached out to Tatreez and Reem responded literally 2 minutes later saying they would look into what happened. Reem stated to allow them a few days to find out what happened, but they emailed back a few minutes later saying it seems like the delivery person didn't know which apartment # was mine and that they would order me another one free of charge. A few minutes later my handyman came to my door and said he found the package hidden away on the side of the building. I emailed Reem back right away saying to cancel the second order. Long story short, Reem was superrrr responsive, helpful, and kind when I thought I had an issue. And was more than willing to send another item! This was a gift for a friend who just got into photography and they love it! Gonna buy myself one soon, too. Thank you!
